UrCart is a small, independent online store. We can't personally lab-test hundreds of products — so we won't pretend to. Instead we curate: a deliberately small catalog, chosen on supplier track record and real customer reviews, and backed by 30-day returns on every order.

A note from our founder

Lawrence Ma, founder of UrCart: I started UrCart because I was tired of buying things online that looked great in photos and arrived feeling like toys. Cheap plastic pretending to be aluminum. Chargers that didn't charge. We're a small team, not a testing lab, so instead of pretending to bench-test everything, we curate — we vet suppliers, read real customer reviews, keep the catalog small, and back every order with a 30-day return. If something's wrong, I personally want to know about it.

No inflated RRPs, no made-up "savings", no fake reviews. Every measurement, material, and use case in the listing is what you'll actually get. When a product has a known limitation we mention it rather than burying it.

30-day returns on unused items, free replacement on defects, tracked shipping to 25+ countries. If something goes wrong, we make it right — no arguments, no "you have to send us a video" gatekeeping.

How we choose products

  1. Supplier track record — We work with suppliers that have a long history and a high repeat-buyer rate, not brand-new unproven sellers.
  2. Real customer reviews — We read genuine buyer reviews across marketplaces. If they look thin, fake, or full of the same complaint, we pass.
  3. Honest specs & photos — We check that specs and images match what the product actually is. Listings that overstate materials, size, or performance get rejected.
  4. Fair pricing — We keep the catalog small and priced fairly rather than stuffing it with thousands of near-identical items.
  5. Backed by returns — Every order is covered by 30-day returns, so if a product isn't as described, you send it back.
