UrCart return and refund policy. 30-day returns on unused items, free replacement on defects.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unused item for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with original packaging.
If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we pay return shipping and replacement shipping. For change-of-mind returns the buyer pays return shipping; the refund covers item price and original outbound shipping.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Funds typically appear in your card statement within 5–10 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Free replacement on any item that arrives defective or fails within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fees, no "send us a video" gatekeeping. If the replacement is also defective we refund in full.
