A Gold-marked product has been:
Non-Gold products are items we are confident in but have not yet completed our full testing process on — for example a new arrival we are still testing, or a sister-SKU variation of a Gold-marked product. They are listed because we have enough evidence to recommend them, but the Gold mark stays off until we have done the work.
Non-Gold is not a quality downgrade. Both Gold and non-Gold products are covered by the exact same 30-day guarantee, free replacement on defects, and buyer protection at checkout. The Gold mark exists purely to show you which products our team has personally lived with.
