How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and check out. You can pay with credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal at checkout. Your order is confirmed by email within minutes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with full PCI compliance.

Can I use promo codes or coupons?

Yes. Enter your promo code in the dedicated field at checkout — the discount is applied before payment. One code per order. Some codes are first-order only; the code description tells you if any restrictions apply.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement before fulfilment starts. Email support@urcart.it.com with your order number and we will help.

How long does delivery take?

Standard worldwide shipping takes 5–14 business days depending on destination. Handling is 1–3 business days. Tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships you receive an email with the carrier and tracking number. You can also see live tracking from your account orders page.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to 30+ countries including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Japan, and many more. Some products have per-country shipping restrictions which are shown on the product page.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery on unused items in original packaging. Free replacement on defects. We pay return shipping for defective or wrong items; change-of-mind returns the buyer pays return shipping and we refund the item price plus original outbound shipping.

How do you test products before listing them?

Every product goes through a six-phase test: unboxing, spec verification, 5–14 days of real-world use, durability testing, stress testing, and listing prep. About 40 percent of products we evaluate never make it to the catalog.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout runs on Stripe with full PCI compliance, HTTPS, and Stripe Radar fraud protection. We never see or store your card details — they go straight from your browser to Stripe.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes for orders over 20 units. Email support@urcart.it.com with the SKU and quantity and we will reply with a wholesale quote and lead time.

How do points and rewards work?

Earn 1–7 percent back as UrCart points on every purchase depending on your membership tier. Points are worth 1 cent each and can be redeemed at checkout or converted into gift cards. Full rules at /terms/points.
